Wow! Erw Gerrig cottage is simply idyllic. We loved everything about it, it's home comforts and it's location is spectacular.We have sqeezed so much into our visit:- a trip to Pistyll Rhaedar falls, Llangollen, climbed Snowdon, walked through 'the Darkie'(Telfords 421 metre Canal tunnel)and enjoyed tranquil walks around the cottage. Tomorrow before we leave we are booked to go trekking at Pont y meibon ( a last treat before we head back to Suffolk) Thank you Rob and Mary Lou for everything... it couldn't have been better. We will be back and recomend!
We are a family from Spain ( Granada) and we arrived in Wales looking for a green, cool paradise, and we have found it at Erw Gerrig Cottages. We have been travelling through North Wales and when we arrived here, at the cottage, we felt that we were home. Really, its a piece of heaven on earth. We will have great memories. Thanks

We have had a wonderful holiday at Erw Gerrig Cottages. It was so good to have the three cottages for all the family to stay. We have been coming up from Sussex to the Glyn Ceiriog area for over 40 years! - and love it. Valley view is so comfortable and well equipped. Thank you so much Mary-Lou and Rob

We loved every minute of being here and slept more soundly than we have in years! Great cottage, great walks and would recommend without a doubt.
The wettest weekend but it did not matter at all in this fantastic cottage! We loved it -- Sunny, the puppy, loved the wet walks and exploring puddles and we loved the cosy room and especially the amazing woodburner. We did not want to leave but will definately be back again.
Lovely cottage, very comfortble and cosy. Loved the views ( would be quite happy just to look out of the window all day) The dogs loved the walk along the old tramway and wading in the river. A great base for sightseeing, had a lovely day at Bala lake. Thanks for the tea, milk and biscuits. We would certainly recomend to friends and family
Wow! its just like on the internet, even at night. It's so exciting rounding the corner to see Spring Cottage just as you expect it. We have had the best 5 days here. Thanks for a wonderful stay
Truly a piece of heaven on earth.. Lovely comfortable cottage. Some excellent walks in the area, including the Berwyn Mountains, experiencing the Llangollen Eisteddfod was exceptional. We will be back for more (I loved the sound of the hooting owls and falling asleep listening to the river)
We had a fantastic holiday and have been really pleased to have stayed in this cottage as it has felt like a real home, everything provided, down to the last detail and such wonderful views. The dogs think its great too. None of us want ot leave and are already looking forward to coming back. Thanks for everything

Had a fantastic few days, wish we could stay longer. Stunning accommodation, amazing views and lots of choice for walking from the cottage with no need to drive. We will be back!
Lovely, lovely, lovely. Stayed Friday to Sunday for Dave's adventure white water rafting which he thoroughly enjoyed on the Saturday. The men ( no boys!) also enjoyed mastering the woodburner (caveman instinct I think!). Thanks Rob and Mary Lou for making the cottage like home from home.
A wonderful hideaway to spend the New Year. Very warm and comfortable cottage, plenty of space and well equiped. Superb location , the cross country trek to 'The Hand' was well worth it even in the crisp cold frost of winter.Thank you from Rolo our Labrador for the treats - he has had the best time!. The details of these cottages will be in our 'favourites' for a return visit
We had an amazing visit and stay in your lovely cottage. Travelling from overseas (USA) with 2 infants can be daunting at best .. however when we arrived at the cottage everything we needed- and then some- was already here. Thank you for accomodating us so readily. Our children were at home right away and that made it so easy for us too. In addition the charm of the valley and the cottages was breath taking. Although we don't know when our travelswill bring us back to Wales next we will be sure to come back to you. All the very best
Fabulous stay again. Scenery was just amazing with all the snow. Making a 'Snow Mini' was just the best. Thank you for being so welcoming and letting us stay the extra day - just didn't want to go home
Really lovely cottage - perfect for our needs. We and our 2 dogs settled in straight away. We were very grateful for the tea. coffee, milk and biscuits after our long journey, so thanks for that.VERY comfy bed! We were here to celebrate my grandma's 90th birthday ( she's in Llangollen) so will hopefully come and stay again for her 100th! Thanks
